接到一个红颜知己的微信是关于中国的N-95口罩和呼吸机申请美国NIOSH(美国国家职业卫生研究所的加速器认证）。所谓红颜知己就是相识多年深富情谊。朋友之上情人未达的美女。对于她提出的问题与看法即使有点不同也不便立时反驳。放在心中郁闷了一周之久才将她的回馈与疑问转发我们的专家团队，直到与专家们开了视频会议有了结果才予以答覆。

    我最奇怪的是中国主管体卫健的官员年龄层在40-60之间的怎么会如此保守与愚昧？第一句话不是问要如何配合申请的条件而是说：我们可不可以不办认证?请你们会长帮我们找些订单来？我听了几乎吐血， 如果你们制造的口罩都合于美国FDA， EUA，NIOSH的标准，还怕没有订单吗？就是因为你们工厂制造的口罩都是些没人要的烂货才快要破产的呀？难道这些情形他不懂吗？主管的人都如此颟顸叫下面的人如何追随？更令人不懂的是，难道大家不知道为什么中国有那么多口罩卖不出去的原因吗？疫情蔓延如炽时，随便乱抓能找到口罩戴上就已经很幸运了，但优胜劣败是自然法则。尤其是想卖到国外去赚【洋银子】？难道老外都是傻子，也是跟着随便乱抓吗？现在是什么时代了，脑子还是扶清灭洋像豆腐渣吗？太可笑了！这就是为什么有Niosh认证的工厂接订单接到手软，到2021 都来不及交货，而有98%的口罩工厂都在养蚊子无工可开。马上面临破产。为什么？因为这98%的工厂都没有Niosh的认证呀？老外一看没有国外的认证（尤其是美国的最严）理都不理。这么简单的问题不需用脑子想，用脚丫子去想都明白的。全中国有几千家口罩工厂，拿到Niosh认证的总共就是那13家，才造成有认证的工厂吃的快撑死了，那些没有认证的工厂无工可开马上就要饿死。在国外还有大批订单的需求但中国做不出来，怪谁？我们【美中贸易协会】除了有使命感有爱国心更有人溺己溺的精神，为同胞打开一条光明的路，让这些工厂一劳永逸，但是居然不领情？为之一叹！第二个不懂处是中国人既不懂法又不守法。明知这是一条直通车也是唯一的一条可【化腐朽为神奇】的【大乐透】但居间的二道贩子由于知识浅薄，对事情的原委不弄清楚，对国外的法令规章也不明白，一遇见厂商有疑问就慌了手脚。问问这些二道贩子知道一台口罩机器要多少钱吗？有没有亲自见过口罩机的操作？有的人什么都不懂第一句话就说好贵？也不问你是在买奔驰宝马？还是在买QQ？我查过【百度】在中国开一家一般最小规模的口罩厂最少也要花¥500万人民币以上(别拿那些私人的作坊既不合卫生标准也没有空气的洁净标准来比）就算4台机器这已经是非常小的规模了，每台口罩机至少要¥100万，名牌还不止）现在面临无工可开宁可坐以待毙都不肯集资来改变自己的工厂成为大家口中的香饽饽，成为接单接到手软，数钱数到手抽筋的奇货可居的名牌.

This is why NIOSH-certified factories are so weak in receiving orders that they will not be able to deliver the masks until 2021, and 98% of the mask factories are raising mosquitoes and have no jobs to open.
